CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Soigné Salon respectfully requests that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancelled or missed appointments cost our staff time & money. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel within 24 hours of an appointment may be asked to prepay future appointments.

We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booked value of your services.
